Congratulations to the faculty and staff at the esteemed Washington State University - Edward R. Murrow College of Communication for another successful Murrow Symposium in Pullman. The Murrow team, led by Dean Bruce Pinkleton, once again knocked it out of the park with several daysof expert panel events, student presentations, and annual Murrow Hall of Achievement inductee awards (congrats to my fellow board member Liz Pritchard and my former professor Glenn Johnson!) Highlights for me included touring the slick, new Murrow production studios (wow, have things changed since my Cable 8 days), hearing from the legendary journalist and Edward R. Murrow Lifetime Achievement award-winner, Maria Hinojosa, and serving as a Murrow student coach with several of my fellow board members.
