Paid death Mork City of Shawano, died at her home Sunday, Oct. 15, 1989. The former Mary Konwinski was born Nov. 2, 1908 in Iron River, Mich. She lived in Shawano for the past 20 years.

Prior to that she lived in Green Bay. She married Earl Axelson June 22, 1929 in Iron River, Mich. Survivors include her husband, Earl, Shawano; her sons and daughter-in-law, Ward Axelson, E. Richard and Arlene Axelson, and Bruce Axelson, all of Green Bay; her daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Frank Douthit, Chillichote, Donna and Floyd Brekke, Racine; 16 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers.

17, 1989 in De Pere. Arrangements are incomplete and be announced by Ryan Funeral Home. Harry G. Bero Harry G. Bero, 72, Legend Lake, formerly of Green Bay, died Sunday, Oct.

15, 1989 at a local hospital. He was born March 25, 1917 in the Town of Red River to the late John and Emily (Thiry) Bero. Harry married the former Lorraine Boutin on Dec. 30, 1939 at St. Mary Church, Algoma.

He and Lorraine owned and operated Lorraine's Truck Stop until 1972. They then moved to Legend Lake. After their move, they bought Le Chateau Supper Club at Shawano Lake and operated that until their retirement in 1984. Harry was presently serving as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Michael Parish in Keshena.

He was a past member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 4505. Harry enjoyed camping, golfing, the outdoors, and especially wood crafts. Harry was a past member of St. Bernard, and presently was a member at St.

Michael in Keshena. Survivors include his wife, Lorraine; six sons and daughterslaw, Larry and Cheryl Bero, Allen and Judy Bero, and Tom and Pat Bero, all of Green Bay; Bob and Sandy Bero, Martinez, Dr. William and Maggie Bero, Manitowoc; Tim and Karen Bero, Shawano: four daughters and three sons-in-law, Luanne and Jim Blohowiak, Luxemburg; Mary Evras, Green Bay; Bonnie and Jeff Johnson, Mill Center; Lori and Steve Froelich, Bellevue; 30 children; grandchildren, two great-grandone sister, Leona Nelson, Sturgeon Bay. He preceded her in death Feb. 27, 1988. She and her late husband operated a farm in the Town of Maple Valley for 17 years. The couple then started Fischer Auto Body in Oconto Falls where she servedasse until retiring in 1973. Mrs.

Fischer was a charter member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oconto Falls, and had been active in the Ladies Aid. She also enjoyed crocheting, camping and her many house plants.
