For which cards i sit possible to enable mobile contactless payments?

How to enable NFC module in my phone?
The NFC module may be enabled in the same time you create a virtual card. After setting up card PIN you will see a screen allowing to enable NFC module and set Bank Millennium mobile app as default. However, if you do not want to have NFC active at all times, you switch it on and off at will. You can do it easily in your phone settings, the same way as with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The exact way of doing it depends on the smartphone model. The function may be available either on the settings list, or when you choose 'More' option. If you haven't set Bank Millennium mobile app as deafult in the course of creating a virtual card, you can do it after enabling NFC (read above). There should appear either 'Tap & Pay' or 'Touch & Pay' option (depends on a phone). Choose the option and mark the Bank Millennium app as default. The data exchange between your phone and payment terminal will be indicated by an animation on your screeen. Once the process is completed, your phone will vibrate.
I am waiting for a new plastic card. Is it possible to enable mobile contactless payments for this card before it arrives?
Yes, you can enable mobile contactless payments for any plastic card that has not been delivered yet or has not even been activated. What does it mean? If you ordered a new plastic card, you can start using it even before it arrives - via mobile app. Use the card in the app to pay in stores by holding your phone against payment terminal. The PIN you set up for card in the ap will also apply to the plastic card.
Why there is no 'Mobile contactless payments' option when I go to 'Payments' menu in the mobile app?
Mobile contactless payments may not be available for two reasons:
- Mobile contactless payments are available only for Android 4.4 and higher versions in phones equipped with NFC module. If your phone does not meet these technical requirements, mobile contactless payments will not be available.
- Mobile contactless payments with the use of mobile card are only accessible to users aged 18 or over. However, if the user under 18 has a plastic debit card, they will be able to turn on mobile contactless payments for that card.

After creating a virtual card without plastic counterpart, its limit equals 1,000 PLN. It can be changed anytime either in application, or via Millenet. This limit counts separately from other payments limits at off-line stores. Card with a plastic counterpart has the same limit as the plastic card. Both cards share a joint limit.
Can I create a virtual card in Millenet?
The card may be created only in mobile app. After doing it you will be able to see the card in your Cards list in Millenet.
How toblock a virtual card?
You can block the virtual card, both virtual-only or with a plastic counterpart, the same way as any contactless plastic card. Click for card details in the app or in Millenet and choose the Cancel option. You may also do it by visiting a branch or calling (+48) 22 598 41 14 (helpline available 24/7).
